Today I share a story and a lesson I learned from consistently falling out of formation during morning PT (Physical Training) runs.
For almost all of my Marine Corps service, I never felt good enough as a runner and always felt it was easier to fall out of the run than dig deeper and hang in.
Today I unpack why I think that is looking back after 13 years since I left the Marines.
