Are you trying to start a business?

Starting a business has been a big theme of the post 9/11 veteran story and one that continues to see no end coming soon.

The idea of finding our next purpose and having us be in the driver’s seat of it has proven to be the magic bullet to ignite that fire within a Veteran.

Today I am talking with Ryan Estes who owns Kitcaster a podcast guesting agency to talk about how he got started and why it became the only way he would go forward.  And how to make sure your family is at the center of the conversation.

Ryan is the co-founder of Kitcaster, he has owned a media and marketing agency for the last 10 years.  For eight of those years, he hosted the founder’s podcast Talklaunch.  Consistently ranked in the iTunes “Top 100” podcasts.

He is married and has two kids and has no intention of slowing down. He is always learning and creating more intention than ever to keep family at the center.

Topics Covered:

  • Collecting ideas for the future
  • Finding the courage to start
  • Finding the burning the ships moment
  • Teaching kids to start businesses
  • Building a business while having a family
  • Finding the right mountain to climb
