Charlie served in the Marine Corps from 2003-2007, has served in law enforcement and now is the Program Manager for the foundation.

139 | The Man In the Mirror (Replay of Keynote)

On October 15th, 2021 I gave the first keynote of my speaking career.  I have described it to friends as an overnight three-year success.  Through the hard work on this podcast and telling my story, I crafted a speech that I wanted to move mountains for others.

This is the replay of that keynote.

Today IVMF programs serve over 25,000 veterans annually, and the Institute is widely acknowledged as the nation’s leading academic voice related to issues impacting veterans and military-connected families. In 2013, Dr. Haynie’s efforts on behalf of veterans were the subject of a feature story by the CBS news magazine 60 Minutes, titled “Succeeding as Civilians.”
